Daily Responsibilities

Utility Operator:

• Accurately package PVC Compounds
• Adhere to labeling instructions
• Manage quality checks
• Operate forklifts and measuring scales effectively
  
  

Unit Operator

• Utilize mixers and pelletizing systems proficiently
• Record ongoing production information
• Perform duties similar to Utility Operators
  
  

Blender Loader

• Load and cleanse ribbon blender appliances
• Ensure ingredient measurement accuracy
• Facilitate sample transfer to the lab
  
  

Console Operator

• Cover Blender Loader responsibilities
• Scrutinize and adhere to production timelines
• Mix bulk oil and resin components
  
  

Compounder

• Follow through with Blender Loader functions
• Regularly weigh and label fine ingredients
