Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale is seeking an Industrial Millwright Maintenance Technician at our Cudahy facility to ensure equipment reliability and production goals. The role involves inspecting, repairing and maintaining mechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting capital projects.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 8 years of related experience or a state journeyman millwright license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8 years of machine repair, hydraulic repair, iron worker and/or industrial maintenance/millwright experience OR a licensed Journeyman Millwright through a state indentured apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect mill equipment, belts, gear boxes, and cranes for maintenance or repair.
• Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, drills, burning, welding and cutting equipment, grinders and measuring devices.
• Maintain accurate labor hours and PM records on work orders.
• Work in high places and confined spaces.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
