Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Millwright Mechanic at Willow Island, WV to install, repair, maintain and troubleshoot plant mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include measuring, laying out, fabricating piping systems, rigging, reading OEM drawings, P&IDs, aligning shafts, lubricating equipment, and using a variety of tools.

You will track time and order parts in SAP. Requirements include 2-5 years industrial mechanic experience, basic knowledge of CMMS/SAP, and ability to read instructions and

Qualifications

• 2-5 years industrial mechanic experience or technical training in industrial maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (SAP) and ability to read work instructions, drawings and equipment specifications.

Responsibilities

• Measure, layout, fabricate, and install piping systems.
• Perform rigging and interpret OEM drawings, P&IDs and fabrication drawings.
• Install rotating equipment (pumps, fans, gearboxes, centrifuges) and align shafts with lasers or dial indicators.
• Lubricate rotating equipment and troubleshoot equipment performance.
• Track time and order parts using SAP; lead others as needed.
