Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial millwright experience in heavy manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment.
• Experience with precision alignment, vibration analysis, and equipment rebuilding.
• Welding, cutting, and basic fabrication experience.
• Experience using CMMS and working around overhead cranes.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
• Perform precision alignment, bearing installation, and equipment leveling.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Collaborate with electricians, operators, engineers, and supervisors to improve reliability.
• Follow safety policies including LO/TO, confined space, fall protection, and hot work.
