Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Corinth, MS is hiring an Industrial Millwright Mechanic to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, technically advanced machinery in our production facility. You will assemble, disassemble, install mechanical systems, read blueprints, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.

Qualifications include 18+, HS diploma or GED, 2-year Associate’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience or 10+ years relevant experience, plus basic math, machine shop skills, and

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; 12th grade equivalency.
• 2-year Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of continuous work experience or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Ability to work 8-10 hours per day, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Pre-employment assessments, drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, technologically advanced machines in a production facility.
• Assemble, disassemble and install mechanical systems and components; rigging and transporting large equipment.
• Read blueprints and technical literature; fabricate and weld parts from blueprints.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance; promote continuing education.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a collaborative team.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong problem solving and decision making.
