Job summary

GCC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the United States (Colorado) to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment while upholding safety standards. Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of millwright mechanical experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of concrete and sand & gravel plant components.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, boiler and air systems.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety processes.
• Construct/assemble new sand, gravel, and concrete plants and perform timely maintenance and repair.
• Perform maintenance operations (welding, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, boilers, and air systems) per specifications and safety rules.
• Maintain equipment such as feed systems, conveying systems, scrubber systems, shaker systems, classifying systems, discharge hopper systems, weighing systems, cement storage systems, and other equipment.
• Inspect equipment per the prescribed inspection schedule and report findings.
• Comply with safety regulations and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Conduct all work in accordance with coal mining laws and company policies.
