Job summary

Responsibilities include reading drawings, welding and fabrication, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and HR policy adherence. The role requires strong mechanical/hydraulic knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must understand mechanical and hydraulic concepts.
• Ability to read equipment drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with cutting, welding, and fabrication of steel.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, HR, and site policies.
• Read drawings and perform repairs on machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/hydraulic issues and plan repairs.
• Communicate with operators about machine performance and with planning/scheduling teams.
• Submit work orders and document parts and time for each job.
• Physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing stairs.
