Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and layouts to understand project scope.
• Lay out, measure, position, and secure metal wall panels per specs.
• Install exterior sheeting, siding, trim, flashing, and fasteners.
• Assist with erection of PEMBs and structural components.
• Operate hand and power tools and use measuring equipment safely.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and aerial lifts following PPE rules.
• Coordinate with ironworkers, welders, and other trades to maintain pace.

As part of our field crew, you'll shape the building envelope—installing metal wall systems and assisting with the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB)—while working alongside a seasoned team.CompensationPay: $26.93 - $32.43 per hourA Day in the LifeKick off by reviewing blueprints, construction drawings, layouts, and measurements to understand the plan.Lay out, measure, position, align, and secure metal wall panels to meet project specifications.Install exterior sheeting, siding, trim, flashing, closures, fasteners, and other building envelope components.Assist with the erection and assembly of pre-engineered metal buildings and structural components, including positioning and securing materials.Operate confidently with hand tools, power tools, drills, impact drivers, saws, levels, and measuring equipment.Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts while adhering to fall protection and all PPE standards.Coordinate daily with ironworkers, welders, millwrights, and other trades to maintain pace and quality.What You'll BringProven experience in wall sheeting, metal building erection, or industrial construction.Ability to read and follow plans with precision and an eye for detail.Comfort working outdoors and at heights as part of a field construction crew.Dependability, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.Role DetailsLocation: Clarksville, TNPosition Type: Project-Based / Field WorkWork Location: In personExperienced with wall sheeting or metal building erection?
