Job summary

Five Star Holding is seeking an Electromechanic Technician to perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic automated systems in our Houston-area facility.

You will troubleshoot and read diagrams, support SolidWorks drawings for maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, and assist CNC/3D printing tasks as needed. Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office is required, with a focus on MTTR/MTBF KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Maintenance, Robotics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance KPIs MTTR/MTBF.
• SolidWorks 2D/3D design and basic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
• Support 2D/3D drawings in SolidWorks for maintenance and improvements.
• Help organize and track spare parts inventory and assist CNC or 3D printing tasks for maintenance projects.
• Use and interpret pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams.
• Operate and interpret data from CMMS systems and record maintenance activities and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF).
• Use Microsoft Office tools to support maintenance documentation.
• Assist in continuous improvement by creating designs and technical documentation for maintenance projects.
