Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas invites applications for a Mechanical Manufacturing Technician at our Jacksonville facility. The role supports piping installation, valve and pump assembly, and QA under ISO 9001 readiness.

First shift, Mon-Fri, with potential overtime; requires basic math and blueprint literacy; 1-2 years relevant experience preferred. Must be authorized to work in the USA and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills required.
• Experience with threading, grinding, beveling, welding, rigging, plasma cutting, and gas arc cutting.
• 1-2 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Understand job specs, blueprint reading, measurements, and torque requirements.
• Install valves, suction diffusers, guides, circuit setters, expansion tanks, pumps and chillers.
• Ensure safety, quality reporting, and OSHA PPE compliance.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts following safe rigging practices.
• Support ISO 9001 readiness and audits.
