Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostics tools and maintenance practices.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, machinery, and components
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Diagnose mechanical problems and troubleshoot equipment
• Replace or repair defective parts using hand and power tools
• Install, assemble, and test mechanical equipment and system
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Monitor system performance and adjust to optimize operation
