Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Industrial Project Manager for an urgent Everett, WA construction project. You will own day‑to‑day delivery, coordinating sheet metal, plumbing, and HVAC scopes while managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical industrial project management, strong cost controls, and experience with MEP drawings. Onsite work, safety, and cross‑functional collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical industrial project management.
• Experience on projects $10M+ value.
• Strong schedule and budget control.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and clients.
• Ability to read MEP design drawings.
• Onsite supervision in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale construction projects from execution through future phases.
• Maintain schedule, budget, cost tracking and forecasting.
• Oversee daily field operations and resolve issues affecting timeline.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades for quality and safety.
• Communicate with clients and manage expectations.
• Review budgets and assist with billings and reporting.
