Qualifications

• At least two years of post-high school training and five years in a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of industrial maintenance, rigging, piping, safe access, structural steel, machine installation, and industrial ducting.
• Proficiency in sheet metal and steel fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and material specifications with ease.
• Strong intermediate mathematical and computer skills.
• Logical thinking, problem-solving, and solution-oriented approach.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to present ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Calculate precise costs for materials, labor, equipment, and contract services.
• Travel to diverse client locations to uncover project scopes.
• Analyze and interpret drawings and specifications to craft quotations.
• Produce clear, accurate quotations and communicate effectively with prospects and clients.
• Break down bids into actionable project plans and feed ERP with required details.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate with team to address challenges.
