GSMI is seeking an Industrial Mechanical Estimator to join our team and help drive cost accuracy across projects from installation to fabrication. This role demands precise knowledge of materials, labor, equipment, and services to deliver competitive bids.

You will travel to client sites, interpret drawings and specifications, collaborate with engineers and project teams, and lead bid development to ensure smooth project kickoffs and successful executions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience estimating materials, labor, equipment, and services.
• Comfort with presenting quotes to clients.
• Ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Compute material, labor, equipment costs and prepare quotes.
• Travel to client locations to assess project scopes.
• Analyze drawings and specs to translate requirements into estimates.
• Collaborate with teams to produce clear quotations.
• Lead bid breakdowns and project kickoff discussions.
• Input bid details into ERP and project plans.
