Qualifications

• Professional experience using SolidWorks for mechanical design.

• Ability to create and interpret detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
• Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with GD&T and tolerances.
• Experience developing BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical enclosures, industrial equipment, assemblies, and components using SolidWorks.
• Develop detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
• Create and revise fabrication and production drawings.
• Design components with manufacturability, durability, and cost in mind.
• Develop BOMs and supporting engineering documentation.
• Work with manufacturing, fabrication, production, and engineering teams.
• Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Support design changes and continuous product improvements.
