Travel to other locations may be required; you will use micrometers, bore gauges and hydraulic tools to measure and adjust components, ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance preferred; wage level depends on experience.
• In-house crane/forklift training provided to obtain certification.
• Proper use of micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, hydraulic tools, and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of machinery by performing preventive maintenance on production machines per manuals and specs.
• Dismantle, move, assemble, and repair industrial machinery according to plans and verbal instructions.
• Disassemble equipment with hand tools; move with hoists and dollies; install equipment and align machines.
• Identify problems by observing equipment operation; use precision instruments to measure and test.
• Remove defective parts; replace and reassemble to restore functionality.
• Minimize downtime with routine maintenance and timely repairs; travel to other locations as needed.
