Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass the Mechanical Qualification test.
• Industrial mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing, steel, automotive, or heavy industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills related to industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to safely perform maintenance activities while wearing required PPE.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with heights, heat, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, midnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for production operations, ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained for safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair routine and non-routine equipment failures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine appropriate work procedures.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on production equipment and plant support systems.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, quality, and company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Must be self‑directed and able to plan, schedule, and direct work.
• Other duties as assigned.
