Job summary

ISCO Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician in Mansfield, TX to troubleshoot and repair engines, pumps, generators, and hydraulic systems, while performing routine maintenance and recording service data.

You will package and ship equipment, prepare repair quotes, locate parts, and support field troubleshooting. A high school diploma and 3 years of related mechanical experience are preferred; drug screening applies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• 3 years of related mechanical experience and/or training (preferred).
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Physical demands include occasional lifting, standing, and climbing; drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair small diesel/gas engines, centrifugal pumps, generators, electrical circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Maintain rental fusion equipment; perform scheduled maintenance and repair damaged equipment.
• Maintain records of service, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.
• Complete 24‑hour check‑ins and machine checklists.
• Enter and maintain rental equipment data in computer system.
• Prepare equipment for shipping, prepare repair quotes for customers, and write repair orders.
• Locate required parts using local vendors or vendor websites.
• Repair fabrication shop equipment as needed and provide field support for equipment troubleshooting.
• Use computers for order entry, parts ordering, and email (experience is a plus).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Applicants may also be asked to work in the Shipping & Receiving area (packing/loading orders, cycle counts, receiving).
