The role is full‑time with seasonal overtime; day and night shifts rotate based on season, and the pay range reflects experience with industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with steam systems, turbines, evaporator processes, and boilers.
• Proficient in diagnosing equipment failures and performing repairs on industrial equipment.
• Experience with reading blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Ability to perform precise measurements with micrometers and calipers and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul plant mechanical equipment and processing systems.
• Support and maintain steam systems, steam turbines, evaporator processes, and gas-fired boilers.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
• Diagnose equipment failures and troubleshoot to component level using manuals and diagrams.
• Identify and requisition replacement parts through the plant’s logistics system.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
