Job summary

PCA in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. You will work to reduce downtime and improve productivity while following safety policies.

The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, basic tools, and willingness to train on site. Competitive hourly pay, overtime, and a robust benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, replace mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on plant equipment and facilities.
• Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity, decrease downtime and waste.
• Work with a sense of urgency to respond to machine downtime events.
• Complete in-house training programs to develop equipment-specific maintenance skills; occasional overnight travel may be required.
