ETS is seeking a Mechanic for an in-person role in Lafayette, IN. The position pays $21-$23 per hour for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities.

Join a large, dynamic organization offering multiple career paths across departments. Day-to-day includes wiring, assembling sheet metal parts, troubleshooting 12-volt electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems, and collaborating with manufacturing teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools such as drills, impacts, and grinders.
• Ability to read mechanical part drawings and use measuring tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take direction.

Responsabilités

• Install mechanical parts and sheet metal assemblies using basic machine shop tools.
• Assemble and troubleshoot 12-volt electro-mechanical systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve mechanical issues.
