About the Role:

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Industrial Mechanic will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of blow mold machines and supporting equipment. You will work closely with a team to ensure efficient production cycles and high-quality output.

This position offers a salary range of $23.28 - $30.00 USD per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The successful applicant will:

• Operate blow mold machines, grinders, leak testers, and conveyors.
• Set up machines for production cycles and adjust settings as needed.
• Monitor output to identify and resolve any process flaws.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with blow mold machines and support equipment.
• Maintain accurate activity, maintenance, and production logs/records.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• High mechanical aptitude; mechanical experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manipulate small parts/tools.
• Capability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and associated risks; personal protective equipment is required in the production area.
• Temperature fluctuations based on seasonal changes.

Shift:
Days: Monday - Friday

• Monday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (earlier start for weekly procedures)
• Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Overtime may be required as needed.
• Flexibility to cover Swing or Night shifts if necessary.
