Qualifications

• Previous industrial mechanical or maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean DMV record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to work a full-time swing-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain conveyors and other industrial processing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with automated equipment.
• Install and repair basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Fabricate components using sheet metal, structural tubing, and other materials.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Produce strong, clean, and presentable welds; welding certification is not required.
• Assist other team members with maintenance, fabrication, and special projects as needed.
• Safely and effectively use a variety of hand tools and power tools.

Industrial Mechanic – Swing Shift

Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Swing Shift

We are seeking an experienced

Industrial Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and experience maintaining, repairing, and fabricating industrial equipment.

Compensation & Schedule

$22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
