Job summary

Menards Inc. is seeking an industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, robotics, and automated equipment across our facility.

Starting pay $26.55/hr, with $29.55/hr for those with a qualifying degree. An additional $3.00/hr for 2nd/3rd shift and $3.00/hr for Saturdays and Sundays, plus hands-on training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or willingness to train.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and automated equipment
• Install and maintain equipment
• Perform welding and fabrication, as needed
• Help keep the facility and equipment running safely and efficiently
