Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in mathematics or a related field.
College-level mathematics courses with industry or business experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field preferred.
Completion of eighteen (18) or more hours of Math courses.
Five years of job-related teaching experience.

Responsibilities

Teach courses in a variety of times and locations in response to institutional need.
Make continuous effort to advance the quality of instruction.
Develop and use a variety of teaching methods and materials to assist students with differing backgrounds.
Review, evaluate, and effectively use student learning materials.
Provide students with a written and accessible course syllabus that follows guidelines and facilitates understanding of content goals and expectations.
Hold scheduled office hours and be available for conferences with students.
