100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Materials Handler for our Vance, Alabama facility. This hands-on role supports production by loading and unloading materials, keeping work areas clean, and assisting with daily tasks to maintain flow.

You'll follow safety procedures, communicate clearly with teammates, and adapt to shifting tasks and various shifts. Physical work and ability to lift heavy items are part of the job, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in physically demanding work is helpful but not required.
• Comfort lifting and moving heavy items; able to perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
• Keen attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities
