• Proven ability to lead small teams to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of MCCs, VFDs, conduit, and power wiring.
• Supervise a small team and coordinate with project managers.
• Interpret electrical plans and schematics with precision.
• Ensure jobsite safety, compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
