How You'll Make an Impact

• Support the Manufacturing Production Team to execute our S>>Q>D>I>C vision.

• Lead process optimization and equipment layout improvements.

• Develop manufacturing procedures, standard work, and tooling concepts.

• Identify and resolve manufacturing and testing bottlenecks.

• Monitor key production metrics and drive corrective actions.

• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.

• Develop and maintain training materials and work instructions.

• Drive process standardization across product lines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process development or industrial engineering.

• Strong understanding of process flow, equipment layout design, and manufacturing efficiency.

• Experience in high-mix, low-volume, or engineered-to-order environments is a plus.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
