Job summary

Universal Plant Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant facilities and production equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, welding, pipefitting, and machine shop work while maintaining CMMS records and adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies. The role operates in a shop environment with a pay range of $25/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Proven experience with welding, fabrication, pipefitting, and machine shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on plant facilities and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document activities in the CMMS.
• Inspect equipment for failures, safety hazards, and operational concerns; communicate findings to supervising staff.
• Perform welding and fabrication to support repairs and installations.
