Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to perform physical and exertional tasks.
• Flexibility for day, evening, night rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to production line breakdowns and resolve issues safely and efficiently.
• Support in electrical, electronics, hydraulics, mechanical, motor controls/PLC, pneumatics, robotics, and related systems.
• Perform machine installation, setup, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Follow safety policies and procedures including lock out tag out.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to minimize downtime and implement countermeasures.
• Participate in training and promote a professional team environment.
