Fusion Incorporated is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Willoughby, OH. The role focuses on repair, maintenance, and upkeep of production machinery and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.

Applicants should have 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and experience with maintenance scheduling software. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years hands-on industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Experience using maintenance scheduling software.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work at heights with fall protection.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and upkeep manufacturing facilities and machinery.
• Install, relocate, or modify equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend asset life.
• Coordinate with outside subcontractors and Purchasing for parts.
• Follow safety rules and Fusion's quality procedures; seek improvements.
