Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior technicians to master diagnostics and repair of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency.
• Read technical schematics and blueprints to resolve equipment failures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production assets, including conveyors, motors, and automated machinery.
• Participate in specialized off-site technical training programs to stay current in industrial tech.
• Apply knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems to optimize manufacturing lines.
