Job summary

lions services inc is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment in a fast-paced cut-and-sew environment. You will support equipment reliability, quality, and safety, complying with ISO standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on sewing machines, cutting equipment, conveyors, and facility systems; read schematics; maintain logs; and collaborate with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; textile/cut-and-sew preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on sewing machines, cutting equipment, conveyors, and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement timely repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and ISO documentation; assist with installations and relocations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and operators to address equipment performance and improve processes.
