Job summary

Daily’s Premium Meats LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs for production equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.

The role requires reading manuals and schematics, providing emergency repairs to keep lines running, and performing scheduled maintenance and diagnostics with hands-on use of tools and blueprints.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, drawings and schematics.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Intermediate computer skills and Excel familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Read manuals and blueprints to carry out maintenance tasks.
• Provide emergency repairs to keep production lines operating.
• Diagnose problems and replace or repair components using appropriate tools.
• Disassemble/assemble machines and adjust control systems as needed.
