Job summary

Saputo in Wisconsin is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support plant operations. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, reference blueprints, and input maintenance data into SAP.

A 1–2 year manufacturing maintenance background and a high school diploma are preferred. This role requires the ability to work shifts, lift up to 40 lbs, and adhere to safety and GMP guidelines

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration and boilers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment problems from test results and operator input.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
• Install, repair, and maintain industrial refrigeration and utility systems.
• Operate and verify function of repaired equipment.
• Enter maintenance data into SAP or other ERP systems.
• Follow SOPs and safety regulations.
