Job summary

Calumet in Dickinson, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment in the Dickinson Plant. You will diagnose, repair and calibrate process instruments, read P&ID drawings, and support safety programs.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years of pipefitting, boiler making or pump troubleshooting experience, with NCCER certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in pipefitting, boiler making or pump troubleshooting.
• NCCER certification in Millwright or related field preferred.
• Forklift operation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plant equipment: pumps, gear boxes, mixers, panels and instruments.
• Read P&ID drawings and record information / maintain docs.
• Calibrate flow, level, pressure, temperature, pH sensors and other instruments.
• Adhere to safety standards including lockout/tagout and confined spaces.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and on-call rotations.
