Job summary

MNP, a Michigan-based fastener manufacturer, seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our day shift from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. You will maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment and the facility, ensuring compliance with QMS requirements and safe operation.

Responsibilities include performing scheduled preventative maintenance on presses, air compressors, hydraulics and electronics, documenting findings, identifying equipment, and keeping the facility clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Machine repair experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Knowledge of Electronics, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
• Hi-Lo experience and certification.

Responsibilities

• To Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment and Facility as Required.
• To Comply with all applicable Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• To perform all required and scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual preventative maintenance activities per work instructions, procedures and quality system requirements.
