Nestlé in Zanesville, Ohio is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our 100-year-old plant with preventative and predictive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and control systems. You will lead with safety and collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment around our processes.

The role requires 1+ years of maintenance experience or a two-year technical degree, and willingness to work nights and weekends.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/technical environment or a two-year technical degree completed.
• Experience with 480 industrial voltages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation.
• Install and program Variable Frequency Drives.
• Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and panelboards.
• Troubleshoot and maintain switch gears, control wiring, and motor protection.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs.
• Use test equipment like multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators.
• Repair gear reducers, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
• Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, cooling towers, and general building needs.
• Apply thermal imaging and ultrasonic analysis.
