Job summary

Gruma in Omaha, NE seeks a skilled industrial maintenance professional to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems across production lines. You will read wiring diagrams, service PLCs, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced food/beverage environment.

Responsibilities include equipment PM, parts inventory, forklift operation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A strong safety focus and ability to work different shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 years of industrial maintenance/electrical experience.
• Food/beverage processing environment preferred.
• Certified in Allen Bradley PLC programming or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams and install semi-complex electrical circuits.
• Install electrical conduit, cables, piping, and grounding per diagrams.
• Operate forklift and manage spare parts inventory and safety compliance.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
