Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. in Washington state is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure production equipment runs safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement fixes on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, electrical systems, motors/drives, hydraulics/pneumatics, and reading electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Preform preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine corrective actions using schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Install, assemble, test, and inspect machinery and equipment.
• Repair or replace defective components such as motors, drives, belts, bearing, sensors, and PLC-related devices.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and maintenance instruments safely and effectively.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and fabrication projects.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow established safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Assist in maintaining plant facilities, structures, and utilities.
