Circle K is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Peoria, IL to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. The role requires handling electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks, reading specs, and coordinating with vendors.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with a 2-year maintenance program or degree as a plus. The position includes varied shifts and adherence to GMP and safety standards.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; a two-year degree or completion of a mechanical/industrial maintenance program is a plus.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with strong skills in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of machine repair, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and janitorial skills.
• Familiar with hand tools and power tools; able to read machine specs and instructions; PLC knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular preventive and unscheduled maintenance on equipment in the production area.
• Maintain parts inventory and order replacement parts as needed.
• Identify and report equipment conditions to supervisors; coordinate with outside vendors when required.
• Maintain building and grounds; ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and company policies.
