Job summary

Boyd Thermal Solutions Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Allenton, Wisconsin to support our growing maintenance team.

You will perform a wide range of skilled maintenance tasks across electrical, heating, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics and pneumatics. The role requires PLC troubleshooting and programming experience (Allen-Bradley), strong teamwork, and the ability to follow safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repair.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley) and basic programming.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance on electrical, heating, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and related controls.
• Instruct junior technicians and prioritize work based on production needs.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow QMS procedures.
