Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America is seeking a maintenance professional in Plano, Texas, to perform various maintenance tasks on industrial manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems and must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Starting salary is between $28.83 and $36.89 per hour, depending on experience, with additional benefits including bonuses and paid vacation. Safety shoes and uniforms are provided. Enroll in medical, dental, and vision coverages within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Must have knowledge and experience with repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild and replace plant equipment.
• Respond urgently to machine downtime events.
• Complete in-house and external training programs.
