Job summary

DYWIDAG in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic pumps, electric and air motors, and related equipment at our site.

You will troubleshoot PLC and electrical components up to 480 V 3-phase, diagnose issues, replace parts, and keep precise repair records while adhering to safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 70 pounds, work overtime, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with maintenance tasks and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hydraulic pumps, electric and air motors.
• Troubleshoot PLC control systems and electrical components up to 480 V 3-phase.
• Diagnose, repair, replace parts and test equipment.
• Document repairs and manage spare parts inventory.
• Read manuals to perform maintenance and service.
• Maintain clean, safe shop and follow safety/quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
