Job summary

Star Pipe Products in Houston, TX seeks a qualified Maintenance Technician to support production by performing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance across engines, conveyor systems, and manufacturing equipment.

You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate components, document activities, and uphold safety standards. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; PLCs and forklift experience are valued.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
3-5 years of experience in maintenance-related work.
Must have experience with hand tools/grinding tools and pneumatic air equipment.

Responsibilities

Ensures safe and efficient operation of machinery by performing preventive and predictive maintenance on engines and production equipment.
Performs electrical troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment, including motors, drives, and PLC-controlled systems.
Diagnoses and repairs hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions using schematics and manuals.
Locates and documents sources of equipment problems through inspections and measurement.
