Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance-related work.
• Experience with hand tools, grinding tools, and pneumatic air equipment.
• Preferred: bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on engines, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, electrical controls, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment, including motors, drives, control circuits, sensors, relays, switches, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, regulators, and actuators.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using technical drawings, schematics, operations manuals, manufacturer specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Locate equipment problems by observing machinery in operation, conducting inspections, listening for irregularities, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Remove and replace defective components using hoists, cranes, hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance equipment.
