Job summary

Miller Edge Inc. seeks a qualified Maintenance Technician to assure reliable operation of plastic extrusion lines, RF welding, automation equipment, and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, read schematics, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing (3+ years).
• Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, pneumatic diagrams.
• Experience with maintenance hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair extrusion lines, RF welders, conveyors, and automation equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to prevent failures.
• Support production startups, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety, Lockout/Tagout compliance, and guarding systems.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
