Job summary

Rhino Tool House is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of overhead cranes, material handling equipment, and industrial machinery through troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience and strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, hand and power tools, and maintenance software.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
• Willing to work alternate shifts as production requires.
• Able to work at heights and operate forklifts/scissor/boom lifts.
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on overhead cranes and industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions with diagnostic tools.
• Create and follow preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with management and operations to implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
