Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Omaha, Nebraska plant. You will diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment as part of a multi-craft maintenance team.

Starting pay is $31.51 per hour with a 5% shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus paid training, uniforms, tool stipend, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities and respond to breakdowns.
• All Maintenance Technician positions are multi-craft and training is provided to develop these skills.
