Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical controls, PLCs, and motor systems in a fast-paced laundry environment.

The role requires strong electrical experience, good communication, and a safety-focused mindset, with a midshift (1:30pm-11:30pm) and weekend/holiday availability. Training and teamwork are emphasized to keep equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays.
• Have keen acumen relating to safety and quality.
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
• Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation.
• Responding to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation.
